Customer Care Agents play a crucial role in ensuring that Vistara's customers have a positive and memorable experience. They are responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing information about Vistara's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Vistara's flights, reservations, and policies
• Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with Vistara's customers
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations
• Stay up-to-date on Vistara's policies, procedures, and product offerings

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in Hindi and English is a must
