Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly, greet them with a smile, and inquire about their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and answering their questions.
- Recommend additional products based on customer needs and preferences, upselling and cross-selling effectively.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, using barcode scanners and point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and labeled.
- Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and maintaining product displays.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, product suggestions, and store operations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with barcode scanners and point-of-sale systems.
