As a Customer Service Trainee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience with Lenskart. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing accurate product information. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the customer service field.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, finding resolutions that meet customer needs and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in customer service training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
