Myntra is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to Myntra's customers through our virtual channels. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately through virtual channels such as chat, email, and social media
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about Myntra's products and services, including pricing, availability, and shipping information
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further assistance

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Experience with virtual assistant platforms such as LiveChat, Drift, or Intercom is a plus
