Bigbasket, India's leading online grocery store, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in your assigned territory by expanding our B2B customer base, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and generating new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the B2B sales process, and a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads, expanding Bigbasket's B2B customer base in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations, including hotel managers, restaurant owners, and corporate purchasing managers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, recommending the best Bigbasket products and services to meet those needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with Bigbasket's pricing strategies and sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their successful onboarding and operation with Bigbasket's products and services.
- Track and monitor sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends, develop strategies, and optimize sales outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure Bigbasket's competitive advantage in the B2B sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with key decision-makers, potential customers, and other stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Proven track record of success in sales, demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and exceed quotas.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of communicating Bigbasket's value proposition and securing favorable terms for the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
