The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful onboarding of our advertising clients onto our SaaS platform. This individual will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their needs and working with our development team to configure the platform to meet those needs. The Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation relating to the platform configuration.
