• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Vi products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer issues effectively, following established procedures and guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize customer churn
• Stay up-to-date on Vi's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and consistent information
