- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the work of customer service staff

- Provide customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Work with sales and marketing staff to promote customer service policies and practices

- Manage customer service budget

- Handle escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:-

-A degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience

-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role

-Familiarity with retail operations

-Excellent organizational skills -Strong communication skills
