Lenskart is looking for talented and experienced Customer Success Managers to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager at Lenskart, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and helping them to achieve their business goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction with Lenskart products and services
• Help customers to achieve their business goals
• Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Lenskart products and services
• Track and measure customer success metrics
• Provide feedback to product and development teams on how to improve the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on the latest customer success trends and technologies
