Lenskart Customer Success Associates are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Lenskart's customers. They work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they are satisfied with Lenskart's products and services. Customer Success Associates also play a key role in promoting customer loyalty and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Lenskart's customers
• Understand customer needs and ensure that they are satisfied with Lenskart's products and services
• Promote customer loyalty and advocacy
• Provide customer support
• Resolve customer issues
• Gather and analyze customer feedback
• Make recommendations for improving Lenskart's products and services
