The Customer Service Trainee provides basic customer service and account support functions through the performance of customer service tasks and the use of standard customer service procedures. This position is responsible for promptly and accurately addressing routine customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining account files and records, and performing other administrative support duties as required.

Requirments:

• -Answer customer service inquiries and complaints via telephone, e-mail, or chat
• -Maintain account files and records
• -Provide other administrative support duties as required

Qualifications:

  • -At least one year of customer service experience
