We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, and be able to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Forecast sales and develop territory plans
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Close deals and generate revenue
- Track and analyze sales performance
- Provide training and development to sales representatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
