We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Samsung. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Samsung customers and troubleshooting their problems. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
