We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our team at Emami. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Track and measure customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify and implement areas for improvement in customer service
- Represent Emami at industry events and conferences
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and employees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience with customer service software is a plus
- Experience with the FMCG industry is a plus
